The SpeedScrew System is the first PEEK, knotless corkscrew implant on the market that takes full advantage of its fully threaded bone fixation to maximize pull out strength. Being knotless it still offers the surgeon all the benefits of the Opus system and independent tensioning for even pressure distribution. The implant does not rely on bone quality for suture lock because it locks the suture within the implant and not against the bone.
