Magnum X allows the surgeon to tension each suture limb individually, or together, to independently apply and maintain even pressure on the suture limbs and repair construct for ideal contact. The knotless design locks securely under the cortex, reducing the possibility of gap formation. TensionLock allows for lateralization of the cuff to restore the anatomic footprint with fine .5mm adjustments.
