The Paragon T2® is based on 6 years of research on the application of bipolar radiofrequency energy on articular cartilage. The novel circular electrode design provides multidirectional excision and keeps operating temperatures below 50°C. T2, or Temperature Technology, facilitates optimal performance by providing a real-time visual indicator when the temperature exceeds the recommended 50°C.

The SpeedScrew System is the first PEEK, knotless corkscrew implant on the market that takes full advantage of its fully threaded bone fixation to maximize pull out strength. Being knotless it still offers the surgeon all the benefits of the Opus system and independent tensioning for even pressure distribution. The implant does not rely on bone quality for suture lock because it locks the suture within the implant and not against the bone.

MagnumWire suture is made of a unique, ultra-high molecular weight polyethelyne fiber that is three times stronger than #2 braided polyester suture. MagnumWire features superior handling characteristics, is abrasion resistant, and has a higher knot breakage strength than comparable sutures. With or without needles, MagnumWire is an ideal suture for any joint repair.

Magnum X allows the surgeon to tension each suture limb individually, or together, to independently apply and maintain even pressure on the suture limbs and repair construct for ideal contact. The knotless design locks securely under the cortex, reducing the possibility of gap formation. TensionLock allows for lateralization of the cuff to restore the anatomic footprint with fine .5mm adjustments.

The Ambient Super TurboVac 90 device utilizes thermocouple technology providing accurate, real-time temperature measurements of the surgical environment. Surgeons can monitor the temperature of the irrigating fluid in the joint space and receive visual feedback on the Quantum 2 System. Additionally, a warning alarm sounds when fluid temperature exceeds the user-determined limit. The optional Integrated Finger Switches (IFS) feature incorporates the functionality of the foot control in the Wand handle. Surgeons can rely on this device for accurate soft tissue removal.
